BVV Global Ltd. collects personal data directly from the data subject and in certain cases acts as a Processor upon the exclusive request of the client. The collected personal data is stored in electronic or physical form, and for the purpose of protection, appropriate technical, organizational, and personnel measures are applied to protect personal data and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data not available to other users of our services, and to ensure that they are used in accordance with the purpose of processing.

When you fill out a form on the website or send us an email with personal data by which you can be identified: name, surname and email; we use that data to fulfill your requests.

Retention Periods of Personal Data

BVV Global Ltd. will not retain your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. We retain personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship, and at the latest until the expiration of all legal obligations related to the retention of personal data, dispute resolution, or until the deadline permitted by law. Personal data of service users are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, and after the contract expires, for a maximum of 3 years. According to the Accounting Act, personal data and issued invoices are kept for 11 years. Personal data received through the website form is kept for 3 months. Personal data of job applicants are kept for 90 days after the end of the selection process. Personal data of employees are kept for 70 years in accordance with positive labor regulations.
